Reporting: Customer Services Manager

Responsibilities will include:

To assist in the day-to-day running of the Customer Services Administration Department. Supplying administrative support to the Service Engineers, Customer Support and Applications.

Duties will be varied and will include all aspects of administration such as dealing efficiently and professionally with customer calls and distributors; preparing quotations; processing orders; raising invoices, liasing with suppliers and other Metris UK departments; booking travel for engineers, shipping parts; maintaining filing system and other administrative tasks.

Will need to be computer literate and have previous experience in administration and customer services. Have a good telephone manner and be willing to learn, be flexible to the needs of the business and able to work using their own initiative. An ability to work well under pressure and to meet deadlines is essential. Some language skills would be beneficial, but not essential.

  • Adhering to all in-house procedures and policies
  • Remain flexible to the current and future needs of the Metris business
  • Undertaking any reasonable request made by Senior Management
